Responsibilities

As a freight forwarder, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both national and international transport. You work with the entire transport flow from booking to invoicing. The role involves continuous contact with customers, carriers, and other partners, as well as active monitoring of shipments to ensure that everything complies with customer requirements, laws, and internal guidelines. You will also work with pricing, invoicing, and cost controls to ensure profitability. In addition, you contribute to developing and improving internal processes, support colleagues, and ensure that safety and quality standards are met.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in freight forwarding or equivalent work experience; knowledge of customs is a merit

• Several years of work experience in international transport with various modes of transport, including international freight forwarding

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Excel

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
